Position Summary The Tire Production Crew Member assembles, mounts, and prepares tire and wheel components according to Titan International’s engineering and quality standards. This hands‑on role directly supports production efficiency within our Waterloo warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, mount, and torque tires, wheels, and related components according to specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
  • Read and interpret work orders and production requirements.
  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality.
  • Use safe lifting practices to maneuver tire/wheel assemblies (manual and mechanical aids).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report defective materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications Qualifications Required

  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical assembly environment.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
  • Mechanical aptitude and safe tool‑handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with tire assembly or heavy equipment components.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company‑supported training).

Working Conditions

  • On‑site warehouse environment with noise, dust, and production machinery.
  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
