Capilano Golf & Country Club, a private facility located in West Vancouver, 15 minutes from the downtown core, is seeking a Second Cook to join our Kitchen Team. This position reports to the Executive Chef and Ched de Partis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of cooking styles, line work, special events and production prep.

Duties and responsibilities include without limitation, the following:

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
