Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success story!

Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Dual Brand HUP (Device Upgrade) team, focused on driving strong performance across the HUP portfolio for both Rogers (Consumer/RPP) and Fido. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and deep understanding of wireless business dynamics. They are passionate about uncovering insights, finding opportunities, and developing data‑driven strategies that enhance overall HUP performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct deep performance analysis to identify drivers, friction points, and opportunities across the Dual Brand HUP portfolio
  • Develop and recommend strategies to improve upgrade performance across all channels and customer segments, leveraging data‑driven insights and competitive positioning
  • Apply data-driven frameworks to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on key metrics, including churn reduction, hardware spend and ARPU
  • Create and evaluate business cases for proposed initiatives, including sizing assessments and expected impact modelling
  • Track pricing program performance against forecasts and business cases, recommending improvements as needed
  • Drive operational efficiency in HUP program execution by improving campaign processes, simplifying offer design, and integrating customer‑centric value propositions
  • Design and execute cross‑channel programs (proactive and reactive) including test design, hypothesis development, impact assessment, and performance tracking
  • Partner closely with channel teams - with a strong emphasis on digital - to improve capability adoption, customer experience, and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other Base teams to align on strategy, share learnings, and deliver cohesive performance outcomes
  • Lead storytelling and performance readouts with clear insights, recommendations, and strategic implications for senior stakeholders

What You Have

  • Strong passion for the wireless/telco industry and understanding of the hardware upgrade ecosystem
  • Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate analytics into strategic actions
  • Experience conducting performance analysis, identifying opportunities, and building strategy recommendations
  • Understanding of customer journeys, base management, and revenue‑impacting levers
  • Theoretical and practical experience designing, executing, and measuring tests or campaigns
  • Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills; able to operate in fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional environments
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business management, or related analytical roles
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in telecommunications is considered an asset
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Databricks/SAS nice to have, not required)
