- Bachelor's degree in administration, general accounting or College diploma in accounting with proven expertise
- Bilingual (French and English spoken and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Methodical and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to concentrate and to manage stress during peak periods
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Experience with an ERP software is considered an asset.
Purposeofthe****position
Reporting to the Vendor Relationship Manager, you will participate, collaborate and work closely with the manager to ensure that vendor agreements are respected and updated. You will also collaborate with the marketing team and be called upon to work on special projects.
TasksandResponsibilities:
- Participate monthly in the analysis, calculation and posting of accrued rebates based on the terms of each agreement
- Ensure that revenues associated with the agreements are received according to the established terms and conditions, and processed within the system
- Participate in the preparation of rebate related accounting entries
- Participate in the reconciliation of various accounts related to rebates
- Ensure that the vendor certification process is completed for each request and that it always complies with internal policies
- Collaborate with the marketing team for invoicing, receiving, processing and reconciling marketing fund revenue
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that the terms and conditions of each agreement are respected and for the resolution of vendor related issues
- Collaborate on special projects. Actively participate in the implementation of software that will render certain tasks more efficient
- Other related tasks.
