- Proven success driving KPI-linked outcomes in internal operations, tooling, or enablement programs

- Data-fluent and operationally rigorous, with a track record of creating scalable processes and connecting strategy to execution with measurable outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Exceptional communicator—able to deliver clear, executive-ready updates and facilitate alignment across teams
- Comfortable managing global programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Solutions Program Manager to join the Solutions Center of Excellence at Asana
- You'll lead the design, development, and operationalization of core internal programs and team enablement assets—bridging Solutions Engineering, Product, Sales, Rev Ops and Field Readiness
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact internal programs for the global Solutions team
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge sharing hub for the Solutions team and their stakeholders to gather, organize, and distribute best practices, scalable assets, and internal documentation
- Collaborate with the Product team on the VoC prioritization matrix and coordinate escalation reviews, in conjunction with the Solutions Innovation Lab. Gather and present quarterly market and customer trends back to the Research & Development (R&D) leadership team
- Collaborate with the Product and Field Readiness teams on an Enablement program specifically tailored for the Solutions team.
- Coordinate the definition of global standards and best practices for internal solutions to enhance quality, consistency, and adoption across teams, while leveraging targeted metrics and dashboards to demonstrate the solutions team's impact on the business and support leadership decision-making
