AutoCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. AutoCapital Canada works with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.

What your day and week could look like
Reporting to the Originations Senior Manager, a Credit Analyst plays an essential role in executing on risk strategy while weighing situational risk and issuing quality approvals that expand our portfolio. This includes:
- Reviewing and adjudicating vehicle loan applications by assessing customer's credit worthiness based on credit history, affordability, and collateral valuation
- Ensuring loan applications are decisioned accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
- Conducting preliminary validation of application details
- Communicating with dealers and sales team regarding active applications over the phone and through email
- Answering and responding promptly to inbound calls from dealer partners for prime credit activities.
- Making outbound calls to dealer to obtain additional information regarding applications and negotiate the terms of credit approval.
- Balancing your attention between new applications, resubmissions, and any rush requests
- Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manner
- Working in aface-pacedenvironment to achieve departmental service level goals.
- Displaying a commitment towards teamwork and collaboration.

Additional Information
This role is a hybrid work structure, with 50% of your time spent in office and 50% working from home. This could change based on the needs of the business.
