Purpose of the role
Under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, the incumbent of this position will assist the social media team by collaborating on daily tasks essential to the proper functioning and outreach of social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all daily activities and various projects related to social media;
- Follow up in the project management system;
- Assist in creating and updating social media posting schedules;
- Integrate and schedule social network publications;
- Participate in the maintenance of the various social platforms;
- Assist in the management of production needs for social media content (photoshoot, creation of assets, video editing, etc.);
- Be a support in maintaining relationships and implementing campaigns with content creators;
- Perform and follow up on merchandise requests related to collaborations with content creators;
- Ensure the dispatch and follow-up of shipments to content creators;
- Be responsible for managing social communities: monitoring comments, answering customer questions, creating and leading conversations;
- Provide support in the organization and realization of various projects and events;
- Anticipate the needs of the team and offer proactive support;
- Regularly carry out effective competitive intelligence;
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams;
- Perform other related duties.

Requirements
- Post-secondary studies in marketing, communication, media or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience in a social media position (an asset);
- Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of the Canva platform (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of the Later platform (an asset);
- Knowledge of digital media;
- Mastery of the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Bilingual, both orally and in writing (The person will be creating marketing content for the Canadian market);
- Available evenings and weekends to monitor social media.
