Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
• Plan the effective management of daily operations.
• Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.

Salary range: $73,000 – $90,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

Under the hood To Join Our Team, You Need, Among Other Things

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.

• Diligence in work organization and procedure control.

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).

• Safety oriented

• Leadership skills

• Good communication skills

• Knowledgeable in Shipping, Receiving, picking, Inventory Control and Loss prevention.

• Assets:

• Forklift certified

• First aid

• Able to work different shifts including some holidays.
