JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Chef, the Steward’s primary responsibility is to
operate the dishwashing machine. The Steward/dishwasher is responsible for cleaning duties as well as helping the cooks with the kitchen prep as directed.

YOUR ROLE
- Basic prep of food items for service
- Keep the dishwashing area organized, tidy and clean
- Set up the dishwashing area and operate the dishwashing machine
- Regularly clean the machines
- Manual dishwashing
- Receiving/putting away F&B inventory
- Keep the outside area clean, free of litter and swept if necessary
- Keep the garbage containers emptied and cleaned
- Take garbage bags/receptacles to the garbage room
- Assist were needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Able to work with a team and independently
- Professional, enthusiastic, energetic
- Attention to detail
- Able to work and communicate well within the team
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to lift up to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 5 hours
