The Opportunity We are looking for an ultra dynamic, engaging, and high-performing Executive Recruitment Specialist to join the team that drives Corus’ future. This is a newly created position, reflecting the continued growth and evolution of our Associate Doctor program. This isn’t traditional recruitment; it’s the heartbeat of our network’s growth and reputation in one of the most competitive talent markets in healthcare. Over the past three years, we’ve built the foundations for our Associate Doctor program that is now recognized and respected across the industry. Now, we’re looking for a true builder, storyteller, and influencer to be part of the team that is going to take it to the next level.
Reporting into the Associate Doctor Recruitment Manager, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment of Associate Doctors and cultivate a trusted pipeline with residency programs, candidates, and Doctor-Partners across North America. Associate Doctors are the future owners of our practices, and this role will shape the next generation of Corus Partners. Every hire you make has the potential to become a future clinical leader, Corus shareholder, and culture-builder.
This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position based in our Toronto office.

What You Will Love Doing
- Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Be the face of Corus in the orthodontic world – proactively cultivate relationships, spark excitement, and generate top-tier leads across residencies and professional networks. Represent Corus at events, industry conferences, and virtual lunch and learns, creating a lasting impression as a magnetic ambassador. You’ll make Corus a name every resident recognizes and trusts.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Own the full candidate experience as the go-to Corus expert by building deep trust, influencing decisions, and sharing the Corus story in a way that excites, inspires, and leaves a lasting impression. Deliver a truly white-glove experience for candidates and hiring partners where every interaction is personal, thoughtful, and unforgettable.
- Recruitment Process Execution: Deliver a seamless, highly personalized experience at every stage, ensuring every candidate feels seen, valued, and supported from first conversation through onboarding.
- Marketing & Content Coordination: Partner with the Communications Team to craft engaging blogs, vlogs, testimonials, and social media campaigns. You’ll help bring our Associate Doctor program to life and amplify the voices of our doctors and practices, positioning Corus as the partner of choice in our industry.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, monitor emerging trends, and recommend strategies that give us an edge in a competitive market. You’ll help us stay ahead of the curve and anticipate challenges before they arise.

- A highly dynamic and engaging personality – people want to talk to you
- A natural storyteller with exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills
- Able to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience consistently and for all stakeholders
- Resilient and persistent through long recruitment cycles (sometimes up to 3+ years)
- Eager to lean ‘in’ and not ‘out’ when the work is hard – you’re adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising eye for detail
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or executive recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex searches and multiple stakeholders
- Energized by travel (up to 20%) to connect with residents, candidates, and partners face-to-face
