About the role

Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Marketing Intern - Immunology tojoin our Immunology Marketing Team based out of Oakville, ON, CA (hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)

About The Role The Marketing Intern will support the Immunology Marketing team on various marketing related activities to enable the marketing tactics of the immunology portfolio to come to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing activity notification forms - opening [with direction from marketing], closing and reconciliation
  • Purchase Order opening & completing SOWs
  • Scope of Work coordination and Digital Factory coordination [with direction from marketing]
  • Market Research Project support
  • Teams coordination/scheduling for meetings
  • Norrizon and materials management
  • Regional conference support, e.g. ORA, AMSDQ, DAO and national conference support as required
  • French translation of promotional tools, e.g. sending to translation agency, tracking deadlines, etc

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Completed Degree in Business, Science and/or with a Marketing major
  • Previous marketing or relevant work and/or co-op/internship experience is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
  • Solutions-oriented with a growth mindset and the ability to work both independently and cross-functional
  • Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
