Responsibilities
What you will be doing …
Reporting To The Manager Administrative Services, You Will Be
Leading all aspects of the campus bookstore operation, from the ordering of textbooks, supplies and College merchandise, to inventory management and the sale of goods. Assisting with Business Office front desk including answering phone calls, processing payments, assisting with accounts receivable collections and other duties as required This position is dedicated to ensuring a successful retail operation and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Occupational Experience
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration combined with a minimum of two years' recent and related experience in a fast-paced retail, office administration, or customer service environment. Or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10+) years of administrative experience. You have experience with, and are comfortable using, computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Lists. Experience in PeopleSoft and Bookware would be an asset. You have experience with and are comfortable using point of sale systems and preparing a bank deposit. You are comfortable working in a digital environment and you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge and functionality of software. Experience supporting/providing service to adult learners would be considered an asset.
