Your future role on our team We’re seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Leader with strong strategic and technical skills to support the growth of our expertise and our industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity team.
You'll manage client relationships and play a key role in strengthening our presence in the Québec industrial, mining and critical infrastructure markets.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurity
- Lead a team of technical professionals
- Represent BBA at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our expertise
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies
- Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Québec
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors.
Technical leadership and project delivery
- Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF and IEC 62443)
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments
- Provide strategic advice on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a related field
- Over 7 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience, with a strong consulting and client-service background
- Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in the industrial or infrastructure sectors
- Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills
- Knowledge of Québec’s industrial and infrastructure markets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Asset: relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or IEC 62443
