About the role

  • As our product suite grows in scope and complexity, we are hiring a Head of Product who will shape the next generation of aviation workflow technology and elevate the performance, processes, and discipline of our product organization
  • As Head of Product, you will lead the Product function at TrustFlight and define the strategic direction for our entire SaaS portfolio
  • You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution across Centrik, Tech Log, SmartSuite, and our growing platform capabilities
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will set the bar for product excellence, elevate our product processes, and coach a multi-disciplinary product organization to deliver world-class products for aviation customers worldwide
  • Set and execute the product vision and strategy across all SaaS products and platform services
  • Define long-term product direction aligned with TrustFlight’s mission, growth goals, and customer needs
  • Lead and inspire the Product Management and Product Design teams. Recruit, develop, and coach Product Managers and Designers to build a high-performing product organisation
  • Implement best-in-class product practices
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making
  • Establish scalable product development processes and underlying product operations (requirements standards, documentation, analytics, and release readiness) to ensure predictable roadmap execution
  • Drive clarity and alignment across product roadmaps
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize delivery processes
  • Embed quality and attention to detail throughout the lifecycle
  • Lead innovation initiatives across the product suite
  • Integrate AI and automation to advance product capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to expand the product ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management
  • Support go-to-market readiness
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, packaging, positioning, and commercial strategy
  • Represent the product organization at the executive level
  • Engage with aviation organizations to understand their needs and build structured customer insight mechanisms (e.g., VOC programs, research cadences, advisory groups) to inform roadmap decisions
  • Ensure products meet the highest standards of usability and performance
  • Continuously enhance customer value, adoption, and satisfaction

  • This role will be based in London, UK or Vancouver Canada. This is an on-site role with room for flexibility, because we know life doesn’t always fit a 9-to-5 mould.

  • Excellent communicator capable of influencing senior executives and building alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and industry stakeholders
  • Experience driving AI/ML or automation-based product innovation is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices, including discovery, experimentation, product analytics, and user-centred design
  • Experience owning product strategy at the portfolio level, ideally across multiple SaaS products or platforms
  • High attention to detail, strong customer empathy, and a commitment to product quality
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 3 years leading PM teams or product organisations
  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to establish product processes, delivery discipline, and cross-functional alignment in a scaling organisation
  • Demonstrated success defining and delivering complex B2B workflow products with high reliability expectations
