Hiring : Senior Construction Estimator / Project Manager

Location : Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimating activities including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and tender preparation
• Identify and evaluate new bid opportunities and market prospects
• Support the Chief Estimator in determining deemed work and pricing strategy
• Pre-qualify subcontractors and suppliers; build and maintain pricing databases
• Liaise with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the bid and project lifecycle
• Provide technical support to clients, project managers, and site supervisors
• Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and oversee performance through project completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction estimating and project management
• Strong background in municipal projects (landscaping, asphalt paving, concrete)
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with strong attention to detail
