What will your day-to-day look like? Strive to expand your academic knowledge and further extend it in the world leader in aerospace in support of Service Network Management & Strategy organization mandate to service the maintenance, repair and overhaul of more than 65,000 aircraft engines in more than 200 countries. This would include the following:

• Perform business analysis and market research in support of recommendations for our transformation strategies
• Develop project management skills and execute in support of the organization strategic projects
• Develop communication skills (written, oral and presentation) on project recommendation,
• Lead tactical key initiatives (continuous improvement projects)
• Participate and coordinate in strategic meetings, workshops, business reviews
• Learn and use new digital tools (Power BI, CRM, SharePoint)
• Understand what a world class customer organization is
• Learn about the tools, methods and best practices of a high performing focuses organization
• Deepen your knowledge on aerospace industry (many trainings offered)
• Working in a highly professional cross-functional organization.

What do you need to be successful?

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• Pursuing a degree in International Business, Strategic Management - Global Strategy, MBA, Management in Analytics, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration
• Excellent competency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written).
• A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the [candidate] will interact.
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
