What You Will Deliver
- Continuous improvement to lead the optimization of service delivery, people and processes
- A vision for Customer Service delivery that sets ParaMed apart in the home care Industry
- Improve revenues by increasing opportunities and promote ParaMed across the District
- Monitor clinical, employee, financial, operational, quality and contractual Key Performance Indicators against standards and ensure we are meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience with financial budgets, P&L, and NOI. Strong understanding of controlling costs as well as business development and operational improvements
- Analyze trends and recommend/implement actions to positively improve client experience, employee experience, and clinical and business outcomes
- Strong Leadership to inspire and motivate the team to continuously improve
- Develop strong relationships with the HCCSS/Ontario Health Teams in order to develop an in-depth understanding of the needs in your area
- Identify and coordinate new business opportunities and regional expansion
What You Bring
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in management, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and solve problems
- Strong track record in leading development and integration of profitable business, customer experience and marketing strategies
- Strong client and employee focused approach to management
- Strong experience in performance management strategies and improved engagement with both staff and client experience
- Must have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of business development, operations, service delivery, customer and employee experience, financial management and control, program development, implementation and evaluation, and human resources practices.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Strong entrepreneurial, continuous improvement and marketing skills with the ability to motivate and drive change
- Optimistic and passionate leadership style
