Job Description
The University of Toronto is seeking a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the Fall/Spring term. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of course content and support students in their learning.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of course materials.
- Provide support to students during office hours and through online platforms.
- Grade assignments and provide feedback to students.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance the learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring at the post-secondary level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
- Previous experience in curriculum development.
Other Relevant Details
- This position is part-time and will run from September to April.
