Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator - IMMEDIATE TEMP CONTRACT 3+ months Industry Sector: healthcare Hourly Rate: $25+/hr. Location: Waterloo-in office 5 days/week Job #: 16816948
Our client in the health care services industry is looking for an accounts payable administrator to cover an extended employee leave of absence. You must be available to start immediately and be able to hit the ground running!
Responsibilities
- Process and code vendor invoices
- Prepare and issue payments (cheque, EFT, credit card)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Expense report reconciliations and payments
Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience
- Multi-location or multi-entity experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks is mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
