You’ll support the planning, creation and delivery of people-first communications that help team members understand what’s happening across Harbour Air, how their work contributes to our success, and what comes next. Being part of the Commercial team and working closely with Executives and other leaders across the business, you’ll help produce content, gather stories, organize updates and ensure our messages land clearly and consistently. WORK HOURS: Office hours
LOCATION: Vancouver BC, and as per the work-from-home policy
TERM: Full Time Regular
DEPARTMENT: Commercial

Responsibilities And Expectations
- Support storytelling and planning
- Help translate business updates into simple, engaging messages for teams across the airline.
- Assist with planning and organizing our communications calendar.
- Gather stories that celebrate our people, culture and operational achievements.
- Create high-impact content across multiple channels
- Draft written communications including news updates, leadership messages and announcements.
- Support the creation of visual and digital content for platforms such as email, intranet and social-style internal channels.
- Help prepare materials for leadership meetings, town halls and team events.
- Use insights to improve communication
- Track engagement and feedback on key communications.
- Provide basic reporting to help improve clarity, reach and timing.
- Assist crisis and during key business moments
- Support timely communication during operational issues or crises.
- Help coordinate updates between teams to ensure accurate, consistent information.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience
- Support the delivery of company-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, connection and engagement.
- Assist with coordination of events, campaigns and recognition moments that bring our values to life.
- Other Duties
- May be asked to carry out additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as required, in alignment with the scope and level of the position, to meet changing business needs.
Qualifications/Assets IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of experience (or internship/co-op experience) in internal, employee, or corporate communications, or a related field such as marketing, HR, or operations.
- Great writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and with warmth.
- An organized, detail-focused approach with strong time management.
- A willingness to learn how to translate business updates into simple, engaging messages.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including leaders across the business.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset.
EDUCATION Diploma in Communications or Marketing (or a combination of education and experience in a related discipline).
Critical Capabilities
- Experience with digital engagement or intranet platforms.
- Basic design, video or editing skills.
- Experience creating content for social or internal channels.
