• Supervise all operational activities of the store, in collaboration with the Director of Operations;
• Act as guardian of the culture, values and reputation of RD Furniture by exercising leadership based on openness, listening and flexibility;
• Ensure a healthy and harmonious work environment where employees enjoy working;
• Promote the application of practices focused on the customer experience;
• Participate in establishing sales management based on the importance of the profit margin;
• Monitor sales transactions carried out by the branch on a daily basis;
• Plan a team meeting every week to inform, train and coach the members of your team;
• Ensure the balance of the cash register;
• Evaluate new employees to ensure they share our values, perform as expected and fit in with the team;
• Prepare and transmit, each week, the payroll file as well as approve the hours worked in Workforce Now;
• Open and close the store;
• Create the autonomy of your team of sales advisors;
• Make sure that the company objectives and policies are implemented;
• Perform all other related tasks.
