Salary: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00

Job Description

In your new role as our Business Services Coordinator, you will report to our site General Manager and you will manage the office space for our client ensuring seamless customer service requests. Your client requests will include:

  • Assist with Ad hoc/ walk up client requests

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of vendors responsible for maintaining office services and facilities.

  • Manage office services, including phone systems setup and troubleshooting, office security (24/7), access control (cards and lockers), paper shredding, mail service, shipping/receiving, and retrieval of off-site documents.

  • Conduct daily safety walk-throughs to ensure workplace safety and compliance.

  • Assist with managing client events, providing audio-visual services, and supporting other operational needs related to client events.

  • Manage and direct incoming mail and courier processing

  • Daily reporting through our client tools

  • Client communications

  • Manage and reporting Mailroom stats

  • Print request management

  • Order and stock supplies

  • Manage small supplies budget

  • Support small distributions

  • Printer restock and ordering

  • Coverage for Security team

  • Supports Facility team with signage

  • Supports client meeting room requests

  • Help to support multiple projects on site

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field

  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment, managing various services

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role

  • Vendor management experience

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with decision-makers
