What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, beer, wine) with speed and consistency
- Engage with guests and create a fun, welcoming bar experience
- Handle bar service and support the floor during busy periods
- Stay organized and keep your bar clean, stocked, and ready
- Upsell and recommend drinks to increase guest satisfaction and tips
What We’re Looking For
- You’re fast, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- You’re outgoing and confident with guests
- You can handle a busy bar without getting overwhelmed
- You show up on time and take your role seriously
- Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred
Future Supervisor Track (for those who want it) Strong performers can move into Shift Supervisor roles.
