Must-Have Skills
Software Testing / Quality Engineering experience with experinece as a QA Lead. Strong Java programming experience. Hands-on expertise in API Testing (REST/SOAP) using Rest Assured. Strong experience with Selenium UI automation. Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks. Hands-on experience testing Kafka-based event-driven systems. Experience testing distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous workflows. Strong SQL skills for data validation. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins). Agile/Scrum experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Apache NiFi or simulator-based testing. Knowledge of OpenStack on-prem environments. Azure experience with Blob Storage, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB. Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Experience with code reviews, Git branching strategies, and release validation. Production support and root cause analysis experience.
