About the Role
As a Project Coordinator with our Infrastructure team, you will:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to field staff, including document preparation, data entry, video uploads, and record management.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining project files, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Support resource tracking and scheduling, working closely with the Project Manager to align priorities and timelines.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on submitted project documentation and field materials.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors—facilitating timely communication and updates on project milestones.
- Attend meetings, capture key takeaways, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to progress, organizing and executing monthly contract close-out procedures, ensuring all final deliverables are collected and submitted.
About You
- Post-secondary diploma in Project Management, Administration, or a related discipline—or equivalent relevant experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or other project management systems.
- Valid G or G2 license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Familiarity with NASSCO pipeline certification programs are an asset.
