Who you are
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- US GAAP knowledge required
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close
- Advanced English Skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes
- Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Experience managing accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities

- You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative Accounting & Finance team that truly partners with Operations and Supply Chain

As we continue to grow, the team plays a key role in building scalable processes while staying close to the day-to-day realities of the business
- This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas, contributing to the monthly close process and ensuring accurate and timely financial records
- This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, maintaining clean books, following processes, and developing a strong understanding of local accounting operations. The position reports directly to the Sr. Accounting Manager
- Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation
- Support the monthly close process for, meeting all reporting deadlines
- Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve variances
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards
- Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules
- Support internal controls by ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions
- Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation
- Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives, as needed
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. operations, finance or supply chain) to ensure proper recording of costs and expenses
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
