Location: Red Arrow Motorcoach Division – 15213 112 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB
Full Time Permanent | Stable Monday–Friday Work | $45.50–$48.50/hr | Overtime Availablity | Benefits + RRSP + Tool & Boot Allowance
Tired of bouncing between sites or chasing seasonal work? As a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Keolis Canada (operating Ebus and Red Arrow), you’ll work in a steady, year-round shop in northwest Edmonton, focusing on a well-maintained fleet of motorcoaches and buses. Your work directly impacts safety and reliability for passengers traveling across Alberta and BC. #####What You’ll Do
-Diagnostics & Repair
-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair motorcoaches and buses using modern diagnostic tools

Perform component replacements and conduct test drives/operations as required -Inspections & Preventative Maintenance

Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on the fleet
-
Complete CVIP inspections (or be willing to obtain CVIP within probation) -Shop Operations & Documentation

Accurately document all service and repair work
-
Help coordinate parts ordering to keep jobs moving

Work with other technicians, management, and drivers to meet shop priorities -Safety, Teamwork & Mentorship

Follow all OH&S, environmental, and company safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support and mentor apprentices and participate in company training when needed
#####What We’re Looking For
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or 4th Year Apprentice
- CVIP License, or willingness to obtain within the probationary period
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience with on‑highway vehicles (buses, trucks, fleet, etc.)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and OH&S regulations
- Ability to manage multiple work orders, prioritize, and stay organized
- Willingness for occasional travel, as operational needs require
- Ability to successfully complete:
- Background check Pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
#####Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous Journeyperson mechanic experience in a similar fleet environment
- Experience working on motorcoaches, transit buses, or large on‑highway fleets
- Class 1, 2, or 3 licence with Q (Air Endorsement)

- $45.50–$48.50/hour, based on experience and certifications -Schedule & Stability:
- Monday–Friday, 8‑hour days
