We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing painting and light drywall repair work in the Cornwall area.
Work Includes:
- Interior apartment painting
- Wall and ceiling touch‑ups
- Light drywall repairs and patching
- Sanding, priming, and finishing
- Turnover punch‑list corrections
What We Provide:
- Pre‑approved price list (no quoting required)
- All paint and materials supplied
- Consistent bi‑weekly pay
- Clear scopes of work and scheduling
Requirements:
- Proven experience with residential painting and drywall patching
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid WSIB and liability insurance
- Clean, professional workmanship
- Ability to meet set timelines
