About the role
Support Services Administrator (Permanent , Part-time) Location: Peterborough, ON
Hours: 28-32 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: Based on Experience
As a Support Services Administrator, You Will
- Provide administrative support to all branches and departments at Kawartha Credit Union
- Scan, and edit as required incoming and outgoing clearing items and various other documents
- Assist with the record retention process
- Act as a messenger/courier, prepare courier bags and process outgoing mail
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Prior administration experience would be an asset
- Possess knowledge with windows, excel, general office equipment and electronic mail
- The successful candidate will be a team player who is patient and has an attention to detail
