  • Oversee operational reporting and ensure data governance standards are upheld across Health & Dental Claims, AdminAdvantage, Plan Member Administration, Plan Design Services, and Sponsor Financial Services.
  • Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to align support services with service level goals, cost optimization, and employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain staffing models, capacity plans, and financial performance trackers in partnership with Finance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Deliver regular reporting on service levels, staffing, digital KPIs, and business reviews.
  • Lead a team of analysts to proactively recommend operational improvements and support strategic initiatives.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by ensuring consistent, accurate, and strategic reporting aligned with business priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in operations, with a focus on workforce management, reporting, and data governance.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in volume forecasting and capacity planning, ideally within a large organization.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, including proficiency with Power Platform and SQL.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • High level of analytical discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
