- 4+ years of experience in sales, partnership/account management, or business development; experience with Amazon or digital marketplace partnerships highly preferred
- Proven track record of managing and closing sales opportunities and exceeding targets, preferably in a SaaS or digital advertising environment

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

What the job involves
- The Amazon Partner Account Executive Manager is a pivotal, cross-functional sales leader responsible for owning and orchestrating Flywheel’s unified sales and partnership engagement with Amazon
- This role is accountable for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for all Perpetua opportunities generated via Amazon AEs—driving them to close—and for coordinating the cross-functional team to ensure broader Flywheel opportunities are seamlessly handed off to the appropriate Business Development Directors (BDDs)
- This role will foster relationships, enables Amazon AEs, tracks performance, and delivers actionable reporting to leadership, ensuring Flywheel’s position as Amazon’s preferred partner
- Fully own the sales cycle for all Perpetua opportunities generated via Amazon AE referrals, from initial engagement through close
- Qualify, nurture, and close Perpetua pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
- Identify broader Flywheel opportunity scope and coordinate with BDDs for seamless handoff and continued pursuit
- Maintain clear records of opportunity status, handoff points, and customer communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon AE-related communications and partnership activities
- Assign and coordinate BDDs to Amazon office locations and business categories
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Amazon AEs and category teams through regular check-ins, events, and enablement sessions
- Ensure consistent, unified messaging representing both Flywheel and Perpetua offerings
- Lead the planning and execution of bi-quarterly GGS & LCS partner days, after-hours networking events, and Flywheel-hosted Amazon sessions
- Partner with Marketing and Consulting to develop and distribute Amazon-focused sales enablement content, case studies, and presentations
- Collaborate with Demand Generation on personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to Amazon AEs
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics—including pipeline, closed-won revenue, AE meetings, and referrals—using centralized dashboards
- Maintain up-to-date contact lists and engagement logs for all Amazon AEs
- Prepare regular (monthly/quarterly) performance updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress against KPIs and areas for improvement
- Collect, synthesize, and present feedback from Amazon AEs via surveys, event forms, and partnership review meetings
- Work with leadership to adjust tactics and address partnership challenges as needed
- Share internal and external success stories to reinforce best practices and drive engagement
