Canada Sales Manager--Chinese Speaking

About the role

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and coachable professional to join our Canada sales team as a sales manager for USANA’s English and Chinese speaking customer base. In this role, you will oversee and direct the implementation and strategy to grow customer count, develop new leadership, and drive retention.

Within this coaching and managerial role, you will develop new leaders and be responsible for driving growth in the market’s key KPI’s, including sales, enrollments, active customer count, and rank advancements. In addition, you will be focused on identifying and coaching key field leaders creating unique personalized plans using SMART performance metrics.

We are looking for someone with is extremely skilled in both written and verbal communication, has exceptional interpersonal skills and can cultivate genuine relationships with individuals, and can inspire and assist others in developing their sales teams.

What You Will Do as a USANA Sales Manager

  • Prepare and implement sales strategies and programs that are in line with USANA’s corporate vision and forecasts that reflect the sales potential of the Canadian business
  • Plan and schedule specific field actions, activities and meetings with Brand Partners to achieve sales results including development of Brand Partners, and the management of non-sales related responsibilities
  • Identify, manage, and coordinate financial resources in the most cost-effective manner to support achievement of Canadian Market Development sales objectives
  • Provide visionary leadership that is aligned with the company’s sales objectives and inspires self and others to deliver or exceed expected results; create and encourage personal and professional development
  • Be proactive with 90-day calendar management techniques with clear understanding of compensation plan and all related Brand Partner business needs
  • Organize and host virtual training and meetings across various media platforms
  • Travel to weekend events through Canada to create the best experience possible for Brand Partners; may travel on incentive trips to train and support Brand Partners

Background and Skills You Will Need

  • Post-secondary education preferred; Four years of direct sales experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
  • Must be able to travel weekends and evenings, up to 30%
  • Strong public speaking ability
  • Excellent English and Mandarin language skills key both written and verbal -Position based out of Ontario or Vancouver Canada
