As a Product Owner on the Knowledge team, you’ll help power how organizations capture, manage, and deliver knowledge at scale, enabling smarter self-service and more effective agent experiences.
Coveo’s Knowledge team builds capabilities that ensure the right information reaches the right user at the right time. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to translate this vision into high-impact, reliable product delivery.
As a Product Owner, on the Knowledge Team you will:
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to contribute to the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
- Translate client and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for R&D teams.
- Work hands-on with engineering leads to define, refine, and clarify feature specifications, requirements, scope, and trade-offs.
- Own, maintain, and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with the Product Enablement team to ensure internal adoption, and successful advocacy of feature rollouts.
Here Is What Will Qualify You For The Role
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a delivery-focused product role.
- Strong experience working with agile development teams.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Experience working on B2B or enterprise software products
- Familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore, Agentforce or similar agent orchestrators.
- Bilingual in French/English.
