The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of digital solutions for internal business stakeholders. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused Agile professional with strong technical knowledge of .NET and Microsoft Azure, who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about helping teams deliver value efficiently and consistently. This position is based in Montreal with a hybrid work model requiring Four days per week onsite.

What You'll Do

Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams operating in Scrum and/or Kanban environments. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Drive successful project delivery while ensuring timelines, objectives, and quality standards are achieved. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and support solution delivery. Partner with Product Owners to manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog. Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery. Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams. Provide ongoing support to internal clients and contribute to a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Participate in technical discussions by leveraging knowledge of .NET and Azure environments. Monitor and communicate Agile performance metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team delivery trends.

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience as a Scrum Master. Proven track record delivering projects in Agile environments. Strong understanding of software development processes and technology-driven delivery. Experience working directly with internal business clients and stakeholders. Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and foster alignment across teams. Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced, and service-oriented environments. Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.

Ce que vous ferez

Agir à titre de Scrum Master auprès d'une ou de plusieurs équipes Agile évoluant dans des cadres Scrum ou Kanban. Animer les cérémonies Agile, notamment les rencontres quotidiennes, la planification des sprints, les revues et les rétrospectives. Assurer la livraison efficace des projets tout en respectant les échéanciers, les objectifs et les standards de qualité. Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes afin de bien comprendre les besoins d'affaires. Travailler en partenariat avec les Product Owners pour gérer, raffiner et prioriser le carnet de produit (backlog). Identifier et éliminer les obstacles pouvant affecter la performance et la livraison des équipes. Favoriser l'amélioration continue et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques Agile. Offrir un soutien de qualité aux clients internes et contribuer à leur satisfaction. Participer aux discussions techniques grâce à une compréhension des environnements .NET et Azure. Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs de performance Agile tels que la vélocité, les burndown charts et les indicateurs de livraison.

Ce que vous apportez

Minimum de 7 années d'expérience en technologie de l'information, incluant une expérience significative à titre de Scrum Master. Expérience démontrée en livraison de projets dans un contexte Agile. Bonne compréhension des processus de développement logiciel et de la livraison technologique. Expérience de collaboration avec des clients internes et des parties prenantes d'affaires. Excellentes habiletés de communication, d'animation et de gestion des relations. Capacité à mobiliser les équipes et à influencer positivement les parties prenantes. Expérience dans des environnements collaboratifs, dynamiques et orientés vers le service. Certification Scrum (CSM, PSM ou équivalent) considérée comme un atout.
