We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.
The Research Analyst plays a critical role in the Municipal Pension Plan Expansion Team, a strategic initiative focused on broadening participation in the Municipal Pension Plan. This dedicated 5-person team is tasked with advancing growth in plan membership through targeted research, strategic planning, and informed decision-making.
The Research Analyst will be instrumental in conducting in-depth analysis of prospective client segments, identifying regulatory constraints, and evaluating key issues that influence the direction and success of the MPP Strategic Plan. They will synthesize complex data into actionable insights, support the development of evidence-based strategies, and contribute to the refinement of expansion initiatives. Their core responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing research projects that may inform policy development and support strategic priorities. This position demands a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Hybrid Work Model
This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the opportunity to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. Guidelines and requirements for in-office presence are determined by operational need and vary according to the unique needs of each business area.
