What You’ll Do:

As the Labour Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our unionized environments by managing day-to-day labour relations activities. You’ll take ownership of Step 1 and Step 2 grievance meetings, lead thorough workplace investigations, and help support and deliver collective agreement training for leaders. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional looking to make an impact in a multi-jurisdictional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Step 1 and Step 2 grievance meetings across unionized sites.

  • Conduct timely, fair, and well-documented workplace investigations into employee concerns or policy violations.

  • Provide guidance on collective agreement interpretation and employee relations best practices.

  • Support preparation for collective bargaining and labour-related reporting.

  • Assist in delivering training to site leaders on collective agreements and labour relations processes.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with applicable legislation in Ontario, Alberta, and BC.

What You Bring:

  • 3–7 years of experience in labour or employee relations, preferably in a unionized, multi-site environment.

  • Strong knowledge of grievance handling and investigation procedures.

  • Experience supporting or delivering training related to collective agreements is an asset.

  • Post-secondary education in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel within multiple provinces.
