Role

As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with certain clients, quickly resolving problematic accounts, and recommending appropriate solutions for overdue files. You will provide professional and persuasive service while performing necessary account reconciliations and following established procedures.

Your goal? Contribute to HydroSolution’s productivity and quality objectives while working closely with other teams. You will play a key role in maintaining a work environment focused on communication, efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsabilities

• Propose solutions and negotiate payment terms with clients in accordance with established procedures;
• Encourage clients to pay their accounts by highlighting the importance of doing so through convincing arguments;
• Identify, overcome, and quickly resolve problematic cases;
• Achieve personal, team, and company objectives in terms of productivity and quality;
• Foster an environment that promotes communication and teamwork;
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service to all clients;
• Recommend payment solutions for overdue accounts;
• Perform client account reconciliations when necessary.

Ideal Profil

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook;
• Ability to interact firmly while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude with clients;
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for problem-solving;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate thoroughness, discretion, and initiative;
• Bilingual (French and English) to respond effectively to all clients and ensure quality service in both languages.
