About the role

About The Role

Detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Coordinator responsible for supporting and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and demonstrated experience supporting quality activities on transit, light rail (LRT), or major transportation infrastructure projects.

Essential Functions

Schedule and coordinate quality assurance processes in accordance with company and customer requirements. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain quality documentation, task planners, inspection records, and reports.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

Strong electrical background with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and quality documentation systems.

Preferred

Experience in the transit industry, with preference given to candidates who have supported LRT or major rail infrastructure projects involving electrical systems and installation quality. Knowledge of electrical testing, inspection procedures, and manufacturing processes Experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or industrial operations.

Salary

Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
