We are looking for a Territory Manager to proudly join our team to represent us proudly in the retail and hospitality channels in Metro Vancouver!
What we can do for you to achieve success!
The successful Territory Manager will be responsible for a recently vacated territory in good standing with clearly defined targets and objectives with strong brand presence and growth. So you should be off & running!
- The successful Territory Manager will be armed with all the necessary tools to compete and hit objectives:
- A defined objectives with monthly progress reports for planning and direction
- CRM and data tools with “in field” access to achieve daily success.
- Marketing-built programming and communication shared via real-time document sharing.
- Dedicated sales coordinator to provide assistance in achieving goals. One of BC’s largest and most popular brewery restaurants to host and educate customers.
- The successful Territory Manager will be also be supported with:
- A base salary range based on experience between $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
- A defined bonus programs with real targets and real payouts throughout the year.
- A company vehicle plus fuel card
- 100% coverage of Extended Group Benefits

- Employee Staff Card loaded bi-weekly for you to use in our restaurant on food and beverage and in our retail store.

What you bring to the team for us all to achieve success!
The base minimum.

You are a fan of the beer scene. Passion for your product is cool (and required).

You have sales experience. 2+ years sales experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry and/or other consumer packaged goods organization is preferred.

You have a good driving record with no restrictions.

You communicate well. Written, speaking, looking people in the eye etc…Business level English language proficiency is required.

Computer proficiency. G Suite, Excel, PowerPoint are a good start.

Strong work ethic & drive. You will be part of a team and they require this.

Planning skills. People who plan properly have success in this role.

Proven negotiator. Also key in this role.

You can lift 50lbs. In this job you move things around from time to time.

You must be of legal drinking age and hold a valid Serving it Right certificate

You enjoy events. You will be required to help in events in your area and others from time to time. They’re fun!.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience with CRM Software.

- Grow your business. Follow objectives in all channels set out by your sales manager & team and work towards daily, monthly and yearly targets. Present professional business cases to your customers.
- Manage your business. Be accountable for declines while celebrating wins ensuring volume and distribution targets are met within fiscal budgets and parameters. Plan accordingly and think ahead.
- Service your business. Ensure given route plan is followed and all accounts are serviced with the appropriate level of support. Documented visits into CRM and actions on follow ups are mandatory (to us & our customers).
- Showcase your business. Dedication to retail placement objectives, merchandising initiatives, freshness checks and quality display programming to our valued consumers.
- Report on your business. Be able to analyze and report both verbally and visually to your manager & team on required activities (trackers, pricing surveys etc…).
