Soft Skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to bridge the gap between Business and IT languages
Natural Leadership Ability to facilitate workshops drive consensus and manage transversal teams
Languages Fluent in English

As a Business Solution Analyst and Business Process Owner HeShe is the guardian of business processes as a Business Process Owner BPO within your functional scope HeShe leads their definition standardization and continuous improvement HeShe defines the business requirements to be translated into actionable functional specifications by the IT teamsintegrators to implement within the ERPFurthermore HeShe spearheads Change Management and Key User KU training to ensure full adoption of new tools and workflows
Key Responsibilities
1Process Governance Ownership BPO
Ownership Act as the primary owner for functional processes definition business rules standards RACI matrix and control points
Performance Ensure endtoend E2E consistency regulatory compliance and performance tracking KPIs
Leadership Lead the functional community Process Owners Key Users SMEs to manage arbitrations prioritization and strategic decisions
2Requirements Analysis Functional Specifications
Workshops Lead business workshops to map AsIs vs ToBe flows identify pain points and drive process simplificationstandardization
Formalization Document Business Requirements BRD User Stories business rules master data requirements and use cases
Deliverables Produce Functional Design Documents FDD acceptance criteria impact analysis processdatacontrols and reportingintegration requirements interfaces
Bridge Act as the lead interface between Business and IT to clarify gaps FitGap analysis and prepare decisionmaking materials
3Testing Validation Deployment
Strategy Define the business testing strategy test cases E2E scenarios and UAT data sets
Coordination Lead User Acceptance Testing UAT collect feedback prioritize defects and track resolutions
GoLive Secure the transition Readiness checklists Hypercare support and cutover activities
4Key User KU Training Documentation
Enablement Design the training strategy plan curriculum roles and lead TraintheTrainer sessions for Key Users
Content Organize and produce operational documentation user guides training kits SOPs Standard Operating Procedures and FAQs
Alignment Ensure a perfect match between Training Processes ERP Solution
5Change Management
Impact Analysis Conduct organizational impact assessments changes in roles practices and data culture
Execution Define and roll out the Change Plan communication adoption tracking ambassador networks and engagement materials
Monitoring Measure adoption via KPIs manage resistance and ensure longterm ownership by endusers
