About Ranok Consulting Inc. Ranok Consulting Inc. is a Canada-based consulting company providing professional services in Project Management, PMO Consulting, Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, HR Technology, and Software Solutions. We are also building innovative SaaS products, including a next-generation HRMS platform designed for businesses across North America and beyond. We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and self-motivated Digital Marketing Executive to help strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and build our brand globally.

Position Summary The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires someone who enjoys content creation, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment where creativity, ownership, and innovation are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan monthly marketing calendars and campaign schedules. Identify new growth opportunities across digital platforms. Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Social Media Management Manage company presence across: LinkedIn Facebook Instagram X (Twitter) YouTube Threads Google Business Profile Responsibilities include: Create engaging posts Design creatives Schedule content Increase followers organically Build brand awareness Engage with audience comments and messages

Content Marketing Create high-quality content, including: LinkedIn articles Blog posts Case studies Customer success stories Website content Email newsletters Product announcements Whitepapers Infographics Ensure all content follows SEO best practices.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Perform keyword research. Optimise website content. Improve on-page SEO. Monitor technical SEO. Build quality backlinks. Improve Google search rankings. Track keyword performance.

Paid Advertising Plan and manage campaigns on: Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Responsibilities include: Campaign setup Budget optimization Audience targeting Conversion tracking ROI analysis Performance optimization

Lead Generation Generate qualified B2B leads through: LinkedIn campaigns Google campaigns Landing pages Email campaigns Lead magnets Marketing automation Support the sales team with marketing-qualified leads.

Email Marketing Design email campaigns. Create newsletters. Build nurture campaigns. Manage subscriber lists. Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions. Improve campaign performance. Tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar are preferred.

Website Management Coordinate updates for the company website. Responsibilities include: Landing pages Blog publishing SEO improvements Performance monitoring Content updates CTA optimization Experience with WordPress is preferred.

Analytics & Reporting Track and report marketing performance using: Google Analytics Google Search Console LinkedIn Analytics Meta Insights Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering: Website traffic Leads generated Campaign ROI SEO performance Social media growth Conversion metrics

Branding Support branding initiatives including: Corporate presentations Marketing brochures Company profile Product brochures Event marketing materials Brand consistency across all channels

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Digital Marketing Certification is preferred. Google Ads Certification is an advantage. HubSpot Certification is an advantage. Meta Blueprint Certification is an advantage.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience working with B2B organisations is preferred. Experience in marketing SaaS products or technology solutions is an added advantage. Startup experience is highly desirable.

Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal English communication. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Strong analytical mindset. Self-driven and proactive. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
