About the role
Base Salary
- Annualized at $60,000.00 during training.
- Salary adjusted to $75,000.00 annually when 100 RCEs enrolled.
- Reviews based on quota every 4 months.
Commissions
- $30.00 per Enrolled RCE (based on LVC PAR).
- Additional $10.00 per Enrolled RCE when you achieve the 2000 Enrolled RCE Threshold*.
- Additional $10 per Enrolled RCE when you achieve the 5000 Enrolled RCE Threshold*.
- Must maintain monthly quota and/or 80% Conversion rate + 4 Prospects.
Monthly Bonuses
- SEP Green = $10.00 per RCE.
- SEP Green + 100 Enrolled LVC RCEs = $10.00 per RCE.

- Monthly car allowance = $750.00.
- Monthly phone allowance = $50.00.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily and in timely manner with sales management.
- Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and role models/ field managers.
- Attend all appointments generated by Inside Team member on time.
- Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct energy and water audits and assessments and perform sales presentations using approved sales materials and procedures.
- Achieve minimum targets as determined by this agreement and updated periodically.
- Engage qualifying customers with any other products offered by ONIT and CWS.
- Listen to Sales Superstar and other motivational materials as directed by company.
- Adhere to all Corporate Sales Policies as defined in this agreement and as determined and updated by Sales Management from time to time.
Ongoing key performance indicators:
- Minimum 100 enrolled RCEs per month.
- Work territory assigned by company.
- Use company materials and processes as per protocols and training provided.
- Be polite, courteous, and considerate always when working with fellow team members and clients.
- Work with Company, team members and customers in an ethical manner (OEB and Canadian/ Ontario Law requirements).
- Pass annual certification tests + training tests + criminal record check.
- Communicate daily with sales management and inside team members.
- Attend company conferences and meetings.
- Respect work hours. Regular minimum hours = 8:45 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Available hours of operation 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
- Attend clients in a timely manner.
- Have a vehicle in good working condition, valid drivers’ licence and be insurable.
