Service Assistant

At Porsche Service Centre Mississauga, we’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new Porsche Service Centre at the end of this year. As we prepare to launch this state-of-the-art facility, we’re building a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive experiences. We are searching for a customer-focused individual to join our Service Centre team as a Service Assistant. Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, it’s your chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us!

Primary Responsibilities:

Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.

Understands verbal work orders and instructions.
-
Reads material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters.
-
Contacts porters to assist in daily tasks.
-
Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.
-
Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.
-
Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.
-
Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.
-
Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Experience in automotive field is an asset.
-
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.

Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
-
Superior customer service skills.
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
-
Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
