About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support accounting processes, HR administration, and cross-functional operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced, dynamic environment and has proven experience supporting multiple departments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Accounting Manage dealer accounts receivable follow-ups Support accounts payable (invoice validation & tracking) Assist with GST verification through CARM (tariffs/duties) Review employee expense reports for accuracy & compliance
Administrative & HR Support Act as a liaison across departments Respond to vendor, employee, and customer inquiries Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and event logistics Support recruitment (screening, scheduling interviews) Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation Maintain employee records and assist with HR processes
✅ Must-Have Requirements 2–4 years experience in a combined accounting/admin role Bilingual: English + French (required) Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable Based in Montreal or surrounding area Strong proficiency in Excel + Google Workspace ⭐ Nice to Have Experience supporting multi-location or international teams Exposure to HR coordination 🧠 Key Traits Highly detail-oriented and methodical Able to manage multiple priorities independently Strong professional communication skills Discretion with sensitive information 💼 Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 – $68,000 Health + Dental + Life + LTD Employer-matched retirement plan 4 weeks vacation
