Job Duties:
- Organize and plan Dealer Trades together with the Sales Managers.
- Coordinate with the Sales team & Finance Department for regular updates to customers on incoming units.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management.
- Preparing reports Like Incoming Units, on-ground vehicle etc.
- Ordering New Vehicle with Sales Manager.
- Weekly Traffic log Every Friday.
- Complete licensing new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Forward the information required to issue the cheques to the Accounting Department.
- Forward information required to invoice the Dealer Trades to accounting.
- System (DMS) Manage vehicle inventory in the DMS.
- Participate in stocking vehicles and information into the Dealership Management.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Dealership or automotive experience is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack)
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented with a team-first attitude
