The Role S3 Group Ltd. in Medicine Hat is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant with an eye for detail. This is a great fit for someone looking to join a dynamic organization where they make a positive impact on the team around them.
Key Responsibilities
- Using Max to perform the following tasks:
- Time data entry (Time cards)
- Invoicing
- Enter and verify work order data
- Vouchering, etc
- Purchasing office supplies and drop ship components
- Monitor Customer receivables
- Complete cheque runs
- Assist with system audits
- Ensure files and documents are complete, accurate, properly kept, and organized
- Track and provide weekly updates on KPI
- Ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety, as outlined in our Safety Manual
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an office environment
- Competent with Microsoft software, especially Word and Excel
- Knowledge with QuickBooks or Manufacturing ERP systems, such as MAX, SAP, etc. an asset
- Capable of taking direction and working with team
- Ability to organize and manage a wide range of priorities
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
