Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Represent the company well and professionally at all times. Welcomes customers (internal and external) by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Liaison between Supply Chain internal and external customers
- May be asked to do special inventory and improvement projects
- Perform shipping/receiving and stockroom tasks as required
- Ability to maintain inventory integrity and participation in semi annual physical inventories and audits
This position requires:
- High energy, well-mannered, professional individual
- Strong customer service and ability to be flexible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including MS Office tools
- Inventory experience with attention to detail and quality
- Willing to learn new skills and expand range of responsibilities.
- Available to work outside of regular business days and hours (8AM – 5PM) on occasion for key events
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations
