Position Summary The person in this position works to ensure proper media is loaded to media storage devices based on customer requirements and jurisdictional requirements.

They also verify accurate operating systems are loaded on correct CPU’s based on customer orders. They load required firmware on components used in production like printers, bill validators, player tracking systems and conversions. Other duties include, assisting warehouse team with prepping/stagging of electronic gaming devices for deployment. IT Background would ideal

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent, must be able to verify
• Must be 21 years of age

Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Hands on experience with small hand and power tools used in assembly operations
• Ability to perform basic tasks for assembly and data entry on computers
• Ability to follow instructions

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
• One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent.
• Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
• Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
• Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
• Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
• Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
• Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision
• Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
• Basic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly level
• Good problem-solving skills
• Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department

Pay: The pay range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Overtime work could be involved and will be required if needed
• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods of time
• Use of arms, hands, legs and back is required for repetitive motions of lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
