About the Role:
Corus Radio Toronto is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the VP of FM Programming and the Radio leadership team.
This role is ideal for a motivated EA who takes pride in being the calm, capable hub of the office, anticipating needs, keeping leaders organized, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

You will contribute by:
Executive Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the VP of FM Programming and Radio leadership.
- Proactively manage complex calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage monthly corporate Visa expense submissions.
- Support independent contractor onboarding, vendor setup, and related documentation.
- Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and internal communications as needed.
Payroll, Timesheets & Administrative Support
- Process bi-weekly timesheets across News and Radio operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain timesheet records, part-time hour trackers, and anniversary tracking.
- Distribute completed timesheets and respond to staff inquiries.
- Update Dayforce TAFW, process labour transfers, and provide balances for leaves of absence and exiting employees.
- Support job postings, new hire packages, onboarding coordination, and liaising with the Business partners in the People & Culture team.
- Maintain confidential employee files and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Business Operations & Coordination
- Gather and submit regulatory and partnership-related reports.
- Manage reception voicemail intake and respond to general administrative inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments.
- Manage access card issuance, deactivation, and tracking.
Skills and experience you will bring:
- Post-secondary education in Radio, Broadcasting, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
- Experience with payroll, timesheets, or detail-driven administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sound judgment, independence, and a high level of discretion.
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility and resilience in an environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
