What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home and in-store design consultations, taking measurements and creating scaled floor plans and room layouts
• Develop and present full room designs including fabric, colour, product selections, and accessories, and close the sale
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM, complete all required sale documentation, follow up post-delivery for satisfaction and referrals, and coach Design Consultants on identifying design opportunities

Requirements of the Role:

• Post-secondary education in interior design or related field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years in design, furniture sales, or décor retail and a portfolio demonstrating scaled floor plans and room presentations
• Proven sales ability, strong design principles (colour theory, spatial planning, proportion), and proficiency with design software
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills; self-directed with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects; valid driver's licence required; bilingualism (English/French) a strong asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
